About the Planning Commission
The legal documents that are used by Planners to implement the community's goals and objectives are prepared by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission is composed of six citizen members appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council. The Planning Commission is created in accordance with Kentucky Revised Statutes. Its members do not represent specific interests, instead they represent the interest of the entire community. The Planning Commission's responsibilities include the following:
(1) Preparing and updating the Comprehensive Plan
(2) Preparing and updating the Zoning Ordinance
(3) Preparing and updating the Subdivision Regulations
(4) Reviewing proposed site plans and subdivision plans
Time & Place of Meeting
The Planning Commission meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. The meetings are held on the 2nd floor of Radcliff City Hall.

About the Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment is composed of five citizen members appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council. The Board of Adjustment is created in accordance with Kentucky Revised Statutes. The Board of Adjustment's responsibilities include the following:
(1) Hear and decide applications for conditional use permits
(2) Hear and decide on applications for variances
(3) Hear and decide cases of Administrative review

Time & Place of Meeting
The Board of Adjustment meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. The meetings are held on the 2nd floor of Radcliff City Hall.

About the Code Enforcement Board
The Code Enforcement Board was established to protect, promote and improve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens residing within the City by authorizing the creation of an administrative board with the authority to issue remedial orders and impose fines in order to provide an equitable, expeditious, effective and inexpensive method of insuring compliance with the ordinance enforced in local governments. The Ordinances that shall be enforced are those Ordinances which specifically state that a violation of the Ordinance is a civil offense.

The Code Enforcement Board meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. The meetings are held at Radcliff City Hall on the 2nd floor.

About the Forestry and Conservation Board
The Forestry and Conservation Board promotes and improves the education and appreciation for our community's natural environment.
The Forestry Board is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of the Saunders Springs Nature Preserve.

The Forestry and Conservation Board meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. The meetings are held at Radcliff City Hall on the 2nd floor.
